Jake Rodrigues is a musician performer and composer who works in theatre, the gigging circuit television and radio. His past adventures include being a banjo player for Disney an accordion player for Midge Ure a Ukulele player for George Harrison and most recently a lead guitarist in hell (well the bar next door to hell) in the critics award winning production of Faust (Punchdrunk / National Theatre).

Tea Time Treats 2009 sees exciting projects for Jake with the new band 'Mr Jake & The Tea Time Treats'. We're debuting our first show in May with this grown up band playing family friendly music. It's been something Jake's been working on getting together for quite a while now and should be great fun. We're hoping to be a mixture of Cath Kidston meets Rock'n'Roll . All with lots of tea, ginger beer and a good giggle. Also there are rumours of Major Chicken making a return in the Orkney Islands between June 19-24 for the summer festival there ( this has not been confirmed but sounds so scary it could nearly be true )
